Who is responsible for my data?
JamCoach is operated by Sanford Labs LLC, a single-member Michigan limited liability company, which is responsible for the data JamCoach holds. Reach us through the contact form, with "Privacy or data request" as the topic.
What does the waitlist store?
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- Your email address.
- What you said you would use JamCoach for, if you filled that in.
- Where on the site you joined from, and when.
The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, so Cloudflare sees your IP address under its own privacy policy. Our server sees your IP address too, and uses it only to limit how often one address can sign up. Your email address is never sent to PostHog, and joining does not link your analytics visit to you.
We use the waitlist only to email you about JamCoach early access and launch. We never share it. To be removed, send a privacy request and we will delete your entry.
What does the contact form send?
The contact form sends us your name, the topic you pick, your message and the reply email you give. It is delivered to our mailbox; nothing is stored on this website. We use it only to answer you. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for bots, and your IP address limits how often one address can send.
What will JamCoach store once I use it?
- Your name, email address and sign-in methods.
- The coaching data your organization enters: core principles, feedback, responses, goals and coaching alerts.
- API keys you create, stored as SHA-256 hashes, with their names, scopes and last-used times.
- Server logs of requests, kept for operating and securing the service.
What will JamCoach do with it?
Show it back to the people in your organization who may see it, in the app and through the API and MCP tools you authorize. Nothing else. It will not be sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Do you ask before collecting it?
Yes. You create an account and verify your email before JamCoach stores anything about you. You can revoke any API key or delete your account at any time from Settings.
Who else sees it?
Only the services that run JamCoach for us, each for one job:
- OVHcloud hosts the servers and the database, in the United States.
- Cloudflare serves DNS, runs Turnstile on the waitlist and contact forms, and stores the nightly database backups (R2), kept 30 days.
- Postmark sends account email (sign-in links, verification and invitations) and delivers contact form messages to us.
- PostHog counts visits to this website, as described below.
- Stripe will process payments when paid plans launch. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
AI assistants you connect see only what their API key's scopes allow, and only when they call JamCoach.
Does this website track me?
jamcoach.io counts visits with PostHog. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so there is no cookie banner: each visit gets a random identifier that is kept in memory and forgotten when you leave. It records the pages you view, the waitlist and contact buttons you use, the page that sent you here, and your browser, device and approximate location. Events go to jamcoach.io first and are then passed to PostHog Cloud, which processes them for us under its own privacy policy. No advertising scripts run, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
The only other third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, on the waitlist and contact forms alone.
How long do you keep it?
- Your account and coaching data: for as long as you have an account.
- Data exports you request: 7 days, then deleted.
- Database backups: 30 days, then overwritten. Deleted data leaves the backups within that window.
- Waitlist entries: until launch, or until you ask to be removed.
- Contact form messages: in our mailbox for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up.
- Server logs and traces: 90 days. Passwords, tokens and keys are redacted before they are written.
- Audit events (who did what): 2 years, for security and support.
This policy is reviewed whenever JamCoach adds a service that handles your data, and at least once a year. The date at the top is the last change.
How do I get my data or delete it?
Request a full export of everything JamCoach holds about you from Settings, ready within minutes as one JSON file. To delete your account, open Settings, confirm your password, and type the confirmation: you are signed out everywhere at once, and JamCoach then deletes your sign-in, every organization where you are the only member with all of its data, and your address from our email provider. If you are the only owner of an organization with other members, hand ownership to someone else first. You can also send a privacy request and we will do it for you.
